We are working collaboratively with our community partner and affiliate the University of Toledo College of Nursing. We have combined our efforts and are holding monthly Nursing Now events. If addition we have finished our pilot of Nursing Leadership education program that focuses on specific educational opportunities through 12 different classes held by our current nursing leaders. This creates opportunity for mentorship also.
100 nurses and midwives have been enrolled on this Nightingale Challenge programme.
