Sigma plans to offer a number of opportunities to those young nurse leaders engaged with the organisation through the Nightingale Challenge. Sigma will host a Day at the United Nations (UN) led by Sigma’s United Nations Youth Representatives; we will offer free access to our “Transformational Leadership” nursing education course; we will design and present a series of webinars customised for these young nurse leaders related to various aspects of nursing leadership, and we will offer to match these young nurse leaders with a personal career mentor for the year. Additional activities may be provided by their Sigma chapters.
29 nurses and midwives have been enrolled on this Nightingale Challenge programme.
