Expand nursing grand rounds to include experts in nursing leadership and the development of a Magnet culture across all inpatient facilities. Continued support for emerging nurse leaders to attend the ONL leadership academy and Leadership seminars. Increase nurses participation in professional organizations including the local ARN chapter.
