100 nurses have been enrolled on the training and development programme.
In response to COVID-19:
The main problem we face is the lack of intensive care nurses and the fatigue of those who work with COVID positive patients. There is a constant downside to a lack of personal protective equipment, as well as our own infection and transmission of homes.
We offer professional psychological support to our employees, and with the help of empowerment, we try to provide them with rest and provide as much competent assistance as possible in intensive therapies. The problem is that nurses of lower-level managers can be rested for guidance.
Our nurses are positive, so we approach and resolve the situation.
