40 nurses have been enrolled in the development programme.
Initial plans will be embedding some new opportunities with our InsideOut Preceptorship framework and post Preceptorship opportunities for our newly qualified nurses. we are looking to introduce a pilot rotation scheme to expose our young nurses to alternative fields. we are also considering how our young nurses can access elements of our Leadership and Management passport – in particular our Engaging Leaders modules.
